* If there's too much shouting and it's hurting your ears, this command
will provide some peace and quiet!
* While you're wearing your earmuffs, you won't hear any shouts - but
you can't shout either.
* To remove your earmuffs, type "earmuffs" again.
* Note: this command is the same as typing "block global".
