* Allows you to set some sort of prefix to your name.
* You type: prefix Dr.
You're now known as: Dr. <your name>
* The prefix you suggest is checked to make sure it is not too similar to
the name (current or original) of another player, to save potential
confusion.
* If you type 'prefix' by itself, you wipe your prefix.
