Help on 'COMMAND: shout'

USAGE: shout <something to be yelled>
ABBREV: ! 
*     Shouts a message that can be heard by everyone on Republic.

*     You type:  shout I'm very loud!
      Everyone else sees:  <your name> shouts: "I'm very loud!"

*     By using "!:", "!::", "!$", "!~" or "!&" you can shout an emote, a
      pemote, a thought, a song or a dream, respectively.
